For our Ecri and DutZ products, there are two shipping scenarios that may occur. If it is in stock, then it will leave our warehouse within 7 days and then will arrive at the customer via their own selected shipping method in the period of time that goes with that shipping method. Normal ground shipping should take between 5-7 days, but variances may occur.
If the item is not in stock, then it will be ordered for you directly from the factory in the Netherlands. Once the order has been placed with the factory, it can no longer be canceled for any reason since it is being custom-made for the customer. Hand-making these products can take between 2-3 months and then it will be shipped to the customer via standard shipping processes.
Our return policy is that any item may be returned for damage, incorrect coloring, and defects for a replacement. Any returns must be claimed with Ecri New York within 24 hours of receiving the product. We require pictures of the damage to be e-mailed to us within that 24 hour time period before we can arrange for shipping back to us or disposal in the case of broken vases. Returns will not be accepted for any other reasons.
